Emily I let out a deep breath as I took each step beside Sarah. We walked towards a part until we stopped in front of a cafe she chose called ‘The Daily Grind,’ and we both stepped into it, I was welcomed by the scent of coffee. We slid into a booth, the table was slightly sticky. I ran a finger over its surface and resisted the urge to wipe my hand on my jeans. “So,” I began, forcing my voice to remain calm, “What do you want to drink? My treat.” Sarah leaned back, a smirk playing on her lips. “Don’t bother with the pleasantries.
