The New Aim
Maud's POV
I alighted at the front of the police station and sighed before walking towards the door, I knew the captain wouldn't be happy that I couldn't get anything, but I could just assure him and ask for more time. It wasn't so easy.
I dragged my legs towards the door and I looked in through the transparent glass, I could see the captain and some other guy which I don't know.
It was a new place and I couldn't really recognize the people I would be working with yet.
I've been to the city before, and that was why it was easier for me to know the locations, it would have been another struggle to get the locations.
