Narrator’s POV—
Chris waited for almost an hour post which the doctor came out of the house while at the same time Mr Dalton reached too. He rushed out of his car and ran towards the doctor. Chris too exited his car in a hurry and rushed to the doctor. Mr Dalton was just about to talk to the doctor when Chris beat him to and asked panting, “How is she? How is my wife?”
The doctor looked at Chris with a frown and then at Mr Dalton who was also staring at Chris with displeasure.
“How is my daughter doctor? What happened to her?” Lucas asked with seriousness. He was utterly worried when he received the call from the old housekeeper that something was wrong with his princess and the doctor has been summoned. Lu
