Narrator’s POV—
Samantha spent hours crying on the bed. Her heart ached miserably because of Chris’s betrayal who she thought had started developing feelings for her. But can she keep on ignoring the fact that he didn’t care at all for her feelings just to save him? By the end of a year if Chris didn’t change then she would do her duty and tell him everything she knew and get out of his life! It would then be upon Chris, whether to believe her or not. She was so exhausted that she didn’t even realise when she drifted off to sleep.
Back in the other room where, Raina stayed, Chris was told that someone posted his and Samantha’s pictures on social media from where Raina has found out about him.
