CHAPTER FOUR

ALEXANDRA

"Did you know Jael Mama"? I asked her and she gave no answer, still looking ate like she had seen a ghost.

"Mama"! I half yelled and she jerked, quickly looking down, like she was scared of something.

"Mama who is she. And why was she in my dream". I asked and she gulped.

"I don't know her my dear"! She said avoiding my gaze.

"Quickly finish your food! You shouldn't be late for class". She said, finally looking at me and gave a faux smile. I frowned and looked at her suspiciously and she avoiding my gaze and walked to the kitchen.

"Papa, didn't you find that strange"? I asked and Papa looked at me and sighed.

"I don't know my dear. It sounds strange too. Who was that woman"?

"I don't know"! I replied and ruffled my hair tiredly.

"I'll be going now Papa". I said and picked up my bag and walked over to his side to give him a hug.

"Be careful and don't make trouble"! He yelled behind me and I rolled my eyes. I'm.not a trouble maker.

I hopped into my bicycle and rode to school, lost in thoughts..............

CAROLINA

I stood there, washing the dishes in the sink, thinking frantically. I was so scared and confused.

"Love". I felt my husband's hands wrapped around me as he called.

"Yes love". I replied, still washing.

"What happened back there at the dinning"? He asked and my heart leaped.

"What do you mean"? I asked, feeling nervous as I focused on my washing.

He pulled my hands from the sink and rinsed off the soap from my hand and made me face him.

"The thing about Alexandra's dream. She asked you about a woman she saw in her dream and you said you don't know her. But your actions said otherwise. You are making me and your daughter suspicious". He said and I sighed in fear.

"Sweetie", I said, wrapping my hands around his neck.

"I was just surprised that she would ask me about a dream like that. Besides, the woman's name sounds familiar to me that was why I behaved like that. I don't know what she was talking about". I said and looked at him nervously while he stared at me.

I gulped!

I hope he believes me, because I don't know what excuse to bring anymore.

"Okay love. It's fine". He said and buried his face on the crook of my neck, giving me soft kisses and I sighed in relief, smiling shyly.

"Peter stop". I said and giggled as he kept placing soft kisses on my neck and I moaned.

"Should we do take this to the bedroom or we should continue here". He asked and my cheeks turned red with embarrassment.

"Stop it Peter"! I said and I gently pushed him.

"You should go to work. You are getting late". I said and turned back to the dishes.

"But I want to do it now". He whined and wrapped his hands on my waist again.

"But we already did it yesterday". I said and I blushed. He smirked at me and I pushed him, laughing.

"You p*****t!! Go to work"! I said and we both laughed.

"Bye". He said and smacked his lips on mine quickly, stealing a kiss and I glared at him. He smirked and walked out of the house.

I sighed in despair. It's not my wish to lie to my daughter or my husband but I have no choice. This is the perfect life for them.....

ALEXANDRA

"It sounds so weird"! Stella exclaimed as I narrated my dream to her.

"It sounds creepy". I said as I placed my books on my desk and sighed.

Classes had not started yet but there were already students in the class, noisy and annoying. That doesn't really matter to me.

"And my mom really acted so suspicious when I asked her about that woman in my dream". I said, feeling worried.

"That Jael"? Stella asked and I nodded.

"That name sounds acient. Sounds royal. Sounds beautiful". Stella said grinning and I shot her glare.

"Be serious". I said frowning.

"I'm serious". She said and I sighed.

This doesn't even make sense. Well, that was what I thought. That my dream was weird and senseless untill Mama acted all shocked and bewildered when I called the name Jael. That means my dream was not actually senseless.

"You said that woman said that this was not your world". Stella said and I nodded.

"She also said that immortals hunts for your blood". Stella said and I shivered in fright as I nodded.

"And you said you saw wolves". She said again and I nodded.

"Hmmmmmmmmm"!! Stella exclaimed, lost in thoughts as I furrowed my brows.

"What are you thinking"?? I asked.

"If she said this is not your world, and that immortals hunts for your blood, and that you saw wolves, then that means........." Stella drawled and I frowned.

"Means what"? I asked her sarcarstically as I picked my backpack from the floor.

"That means you are not human"!! She half yelled excitedly, looking at me and I looked at her in shock. The rest of the students had begun to stare at us because of Stella.

I smacked her at the back of her head and she winced.

"Can you just be normal for once in your life"! I hissed and glared at her and she made a funny face at me.

"Did you hear what I said"? She asked and I frowned.

"You are speaking nonsense! How can you say I'm not human. That's ridiculous". I said and hissed and she sighed.

"Of course, it sounds ridiculous but that may be the truth. If not, why will you see wolves in your dream. Why will immortals try to hunt you down". She asked and I scowled.

"Just because I said I saw wolves and immortals tried to hunt me, doesn't mean I'm not human". I said frowning as I smacked her at the back of her head again and she yelped.

"Stupid girl". I muttered and she rolled her eyes at me..

"Good morning class". Our history teacher said as she walked into the class and the noise died down as everyone returned back to their normal seats.

"Morning ma'am". We all choursed as I brought out my history notebook.

"Time for class". She said as she walked towards the board to write.

She wrote the topic:

HISTORY OF HALLOWEEN...........

She turned to look at us and smile.

"Well, who knows what Halloween is"? She asked and we all began to mutter.

"Those stupid parties where people wear crazy costumes". Stella muttered and I chuckled.

Suddenly, the door burst open as a tall huge figure walked in. Everybody looked at the stranger, confused.

His back was facing the class as he spoke to our history teacher.

"You are late". Our teacher said sternly.

"I'm so sorry Miss, I'm new here and I lost my way. The secretary just gave me my schedule just now and showed me the way to my class". We all heard the stranger say in his soft manly voice.

"Okay, find yourself a seat". Our history teacher said to him and he turned.

It seems that everybody was anticipating to see the new guy's face because his hair was so long and black with his huge muscular back.

Because as he turned, everyone gasped. I mean, everyone!!!!

I gasped too because not only was the new guy drop dead gorgeous, he was the guy I met yesterday, the guy with the scooter!!!!

He ran his golden eyes across the class and our eyes met. He smirked at me and I frowned.

What the hell is he doing here?????

CAROLINA

I was done with the laundry and I was already ironing the clothes. Laundry work is so tiring but I had to do it to help the family and pay the family's expenses. And besides, we also had to buy groceries. We really needed the money.

Suddenly, I felt chill wind and goose bumps appear all over my body.

What is happening??

The house went dead quiet as the wind because fierce and I felt so cold and numb.

Then, I felt someone behind me.

Someone was behind me!!!!!

"Keturah"!!!!!!! I heard a voice called me, as soft as air.

I froze as I stood, frozen on one spot!!

No one ever called me Keturah!!!

That was my..........

My name in the other world!!!

I turned slowly and then my eyes widened in shock and fear.

JAEL!!!!!!!!
