"You do have a different type of glow on you these past few days." I tell Nala. She just finished saying her goodbyes to Edward who's been here since morning to see her.
She blushes at my statement and hugs me.
"I owe it all to you, Serene."
"Also, you do seem different ever since you came back from that trip." She points out.
"Different? How?"
"You know, I've been watching you and I see the way you behave whenever you're close to Whyte. You become very timid and you flush a lot." She explains while leading me inside.
"I still do not understand."
"Something happened between you two, right?" She asks and I smile when I remember the memories of I and Whyte being intimate with each other.
"That smile tells me yes. Something did happen between you too. I'm so happy for you."
