I don't know how long I slept before waking up again. But I don't feel very tired, and yet, I don't feel like going up from the sofa. I feel Ethan stir. Was he already awake? Or did he fall asleep at all?
I hear that the TV is on but the sound is really low. I glance at the TV and sees that some cartoon is on. The Jetsons I think. It's Bran’s favorite, but it doesn't show as much as it did when I was his age.
I snuggle deeper into Ethan's embrace and his grip on me tightens and this is how I know that he's awake. But we're not saying anything, we just start to cuddle.
"Do you have to cuddle while I'm watching The Jetsons?" Bran whines. "You make too many noises, I think it was much better when you were asleep".
