Chapter 1
It was a cold night. The clouds were dark and you could barely even see the spaces between. It felt like it was on the verge of raining, but at the same time it didn’t.
On your walk, you come across a bench. It doesn’t look very comfortable, but it doesn’t look so bad either. You can see writing on the bench, but it doesn’t seem very interesting. It is mostly cuss words and odd symbols scattered around it.
You decide to sit down. You stare through the small spaces in the clouds trying to find stars, but there aren't any. But then there is. A shooting star almost out of nowhere.
Something is wrong. the star looks like it is moving, but it isn’t. It seems to be getting bigger. After a minute of thinking you realized what was happening. The clouds around the star shoot away, and the sky is now red. The star is almost all you can see. You should be panicking, but you just sit there. Everything goes black, and you wake up in bed. But it isn’t yours. You just woke up in a random bed, in the middle of nowhere you can’t seem to remember what happened.
The bed wasn’t inside. it was outside, on a ground of black stone, with cracks in it. The cracks were filled, and overflowing with a green glowing liquid. It could even be considered majestic if you knew where you were. After blindly wandering around for about an hour, you end up right back where you started. Off in the distance, you can see the earth. In shock, you look down and realize where you are and remember it all. The earth slowly gets bigger. You stare up at the cloudy surface as the earth gets closer and closer. Quickly, the clouds shoot out of your way.
You keep staring up to see.. Yourself? Your “clone” has this odd look on its face. Right before the meteorite comes into contact, it stops. You get a better look at the clone, now inches away. It has a creepy look on its face. It has a smile going from ear to ear. The eyes and smile glow green, just like the liquid on the meteorite. The liquid from the cracks floats around you almost like an aura. Inside of it, you cant see anything other than your clone, and the bench. The symbols on the bench glow, and the words that were there were gone. You look at the clone again, not knowing it would be the last thing you ever see
