Kavya was walking in the garden with Derek by her side and Leo playing around then.
"Ouch !! ", Kavya moaned while holding her belly.
" Kavya !! are you feeling pain ? ", Derek asked with a worried expression. This pregnancy has been tough for her, especially last month. In the ninth month, Kavya's body had become so weak and pale that she couldn't hold a glass of water without anyone's help.
Kavya smiled and replied, " I think the baby is eager to meet his dad and lovely brother ".
" Kavya !! are you having labor pain ", Derek asked.
"Little bit !! Derek, I wanted you to hold me ? ", Kavya asked with moist eyes.
"We can do it later, first going to the hospital. After we have our baby I will hold you forever ", Derek said lovingly.
"No, Derek! Please, I want you to love me !! I wanted to feel loved . ", Kavya asked stubbornly.
"Stop being stubborn, it will affect the health of your baby and yours. I know that you can't control your hormones, but please hold them for the baby. I am sorry I can't do this. Let's go to the hospital ", Derek suggested.
Kavya got annoyed and held his collar off Derek, " Why can't you understand? It's my last wish !! I wanted to feel love for one last time . Derek, I am begging you please . ", Kavya yelled at Derek.
" Mommy! What happened? Are you feeling pain ", Leo asked with concern when he heard the screams of his mom.
Kavya hid her pain with a sweet smile and said, " Leo baby I am fine. Go with your nanny and play with her ".
" OK! But when will we go to take our sister back home ", Leo asked.
" Soon !! Mommy daddy is preparing to take your sister home ", Kavya said with a smile.
"Yippie !! I will meet my sister today ", Leo jumped in excitement.
"Leo, son !! Go play with your nanny ", Derek said in a strict tone.
When Leo left, Derek turned to Kavya and asked, "Are you hiding something from me ? ".
" No, Derek. I am feeling scared. What if I didn't have the chance to be with you? Please, Derek, I beg you to love me for one last time ", Kavya joined her hand in front of him.
" Love, I am with you. Nothing will happen to you and our baby girl ", Derek said confidently.
"Please, I want you !! ", Kavya asked with moist eyes.
Derek couldn't hold himself in front of her stubbornness," OK ! But remember only one round and if you feel pain, ask me to stop . We can't risk the life of the baby and yours ". Derek said.
Kavya nodded her head and said, " You can't hurt me and our baby ".
Derek held Kavya in his arms gently and took her to their bedroom, which was decorated with all their sweet memories.

He gently laid her on the soft mattress and then kissed her round belly while caressing it lovingly.
"Daddy loves you, princess, I am waiting for you ", Derek kissed Kavya gently. When he broke the kiss he asked Kavya one last time, " Are you sure about this ? ".
Kavya nodded her head and kissed him back.
Derek gently removed her clothes, he made sure that he didn't put his weight on her. After he was sure that she was comfortable with her current position, he started showering his love on her through kisses and touches. There was no desire, lust, or pleasure between them. It was pure love that they wanted to feel through their touch.
"I am entering inside you . ", Derek warned before shoving his d**k inside her v****a.
Kavya smiled and grabbed his shoulder tightly. She felt the pain at the beginning, but when she felt comfortable, she started moving her hips.
" I love you Kavya !! You and our babies are my life ", Derek claimed while pushing her inside.
"Derek !! I love you . I am happy that I got a chance to be with you and Leo . All my wishes are fulfilled ". Kavya kissed him deeply.
"f**k !! You are so beautiful and with a pregnant belly and swollen boobs you look gorgeous . ", Derek loved every change that occurred in her during her pregnancy.

Kavya kissed him deeply and enjoyed her time with her.
After that, when Derek felt that Kavya was exhausted, he stopped and lay beside her, " Did it hurt ? ", he asked for assurance.

"It feels like a dream. You, me, Leo, and our upcoming baby girl. It's like a blessing for me ", Derek caressed the belly of Kavya.
" It's a sweet dream for me also. I am scared of it when I wake up. You, Leo, and our baby girl will not be with me. I am scared. What if it broke? Everything has an end. I wonder what I will be ? ", Kavya said while thinking about something deeply.
" Hey !! don't !! Never talk ominous work like that, we will have a happy ending. ", Derek panicked.
" Derek! Thank you for everything you have given me. If I have another life, I want you, Leo, and my baby with me !! . I love you Derek ", Kavya hugged Derek.
"No need for another life. I am with you in this life and we will have the next life also. God ! these pregnancy hormones are scary ", Derek chuckled.

" OK !! You take a rest and then we will go to the hospital. I can't wait to meet my baby ", Derek said excitedly.
"I want my choc chip smoothie ", Kavya asked while licking her lips.
"Ok! I will make it for you ", Derek kissed her forehead and then walked straight to the kitchen.

" She loves more chocolate !! ", Derek poured the chocolate syrup into the smoothie.
" Derek !! When will it be done? Kavya walked inside the kitchen holding her belly.
"Love !! Why did you come here? You should have to call me for help ", Derek scolded Kavya softly.
Kavya smiled and pinched their nose of Derek, " you look more dashing when you are angry ".
" I am serious !! ", Derek comfortably made her sit on the chair.
" I can't hold myself !! I want it ", Kavya pouted while pointing towards the jar of smoothie.
Derek sighed and poured the smoothie into the glass, " You are harder to handle than Leo ". Derek gave her the glass of smoothie.
" You will miss my tantrum one day !! ", Kavya grinned.
" Maybe !! ", Derek rolled his eyes. Kavya sipped the smoothie, " Hmmm ! it's so tasty. I love it !! ", Kavya moaned.
" I added extra chocolate for you ", Derek smiled.
Suddenly, their smile of Kavya turned into a painful look, " Derek !! I think!! aaaaahhhhh ", Kavya held her belly.
" Baby is coming out !! f**k, we need to go to the hospital. Derek panicked.
" Derek My water...... aaargghhh.......or, Kavya yelled.
"Drive take out of the car !! ", Derek yelled.
Derek held Kavya and took her outside, " Mommy !! What happened to her ? ", Leo asked with panic.
" Your sister is coming! Don't worry Leo ", Derek said with a smile.
"I will come with you ", Leo asked.
" Leo, you will be tired ", Derek said.
" I want to! I will not be tired ", Leo asked.
"Ok ! fine ", Derek said. They all hopped inside the car and drove to the hospital.

" Doctor, she is having labor pain !! my wife. Take her to E.R ", Derek screamed.
The nurse took her to the E.R. Derek also followed her as he wanted to be with her to witness one of the precious moments of their lives.
" Kavya !! Don't be scared. I am with you. You are the strongest woman I have ever met ", Derek encouraged her.
" Derek ! Will you love the baby like you loved Leo? Will you give ...............aaaahhhhh...... love on my behalf if anything aaaahhhh......... happened to me ? ". Kavya asked while trying to push.
"Yes !! I will. Don't overthink. We will raise our babies together ", Derek said and held her hand tightly.
"I love you ", Kavya said and pushed herder with all her strength.
" The crowning is happening !! One more push ", the doctor said.
" Our baby girl is coming out ! ", Derek exclaimed, Kavya pushed harder and finally the baby came out.
"Congratulations !! ", the doctor said and gave the baby to Derek, Derek was over the moon the sweet cries of the baby added joy to her happiness.
" How is she ? ", Kavya asked.
" Beautiful !! Like you ", Derek said and put the baby on the breast of Kavya. She latched the mouth of her baby on her breast.
"Welcome Kamya !! Welcome! Mommy loves you ", she kissed the forehead of the baby.
