I woke up early to the chill of the morning. It seemed like there was no one around the cabin. The whole Blood Rose Pack was quiet; I could only hear the chirping of birds and the gurgling of water from a nearby stream.
I couldn't just lie there. I needed to go back to the wheat field. My clothes were left there. Even for a short while, I wanted to sneak back. Surely, the Lycan Wraith and the rogues were gone by now.
I just wanted to get my clothes. Anna had washed them so nicely.
I went out quietly. No one noticed. I didn't want anyone to stop me.
I reached the waterfall at the edge of the territory. There was a path leading out of the pack. It was usually quiet here. This is where I often come to think.
