At twenty, Elif’s world shatters into a million pieces. The sudden death of her beloved father isn't a tragedy—it’s a cold-blooded murder. Orchestrated by her wicked stepmother and her father’s closest business partner, who turned out to be her stepmother's secret lover, they take control of the family empire. But their greed doesn't stop there; to silence Elif forever, they decide to sell her to dangerous, underground criminals.

Terrified but resilient, Elif manages to escape into the dark, rainy streets of Istanbul. Bleeding and breathless, she runs straight into the path of a speeding luxury car belonging to Miran Al-Asaf—the city’s most powerful, ruthless, and guarded billionaire.

Miran doesn't do charity, and he certainly doesn't trust strangers. But with his grandfather demanding he marry immediately to retain his position as CEO, Elif’s desperate situation presents the perfect opportunity. He offers her a lifeline: a one-year marriage contract. He will give her his powerful name, absolute protection, and the resources to destroy her enemies. In return, she must play the role of his perfect, obedient wife.

Wrapped in a veil of modesty, Elif enters his cold world, guarding her heart while fighting a silent war for justice. Miran expected a fragile girl he could easily control, but Elif’s quiet strength and unwavering values begin to shake his icy fortress.

Bound by a loveless contract but trapped in a web of burning secrets and dangerous enemies, can they survive the storm, or will the billionaire find himself irreversibly bound by the fake wife he swore never to love?

Untitled Episode 1: THE RUNAWAY AND THE TYCOON
The rough hemp rope bit into Elif’s wrists, splitting her skin. Cold sweat mixed with crimson, dripping onto the damp cellar floor. She didn't let out a single whimpering sound, her jaw throbbed as her teeth ground together in silent defiance. "Check the knots again," a sharp voice cut through the damp darkness. Through tangled strands of wet dark hair, Elif peered up. A few feet away, gold bangles clicked on her stepmother’s wrists as she paced. Behind her stood Erkan, her father's corporate partner, exhaling a cloud of suffocating smoke. "She’s secure, Meltem," Erkan murmured. "The girl landed from London three hours ago. Nobody knows she’s stepped foot in Istanbul." Meltem’s red nails dug violently into Elif’s chin, forcing her head up. "You shouldn't have come home early to surprise your father, canım. Uninvited guests see things they shouldn't." Elif’s hazel eyes blazed with dangerous fire. She didn't beg. Gathering every drop of moisture in her mouth, she spat directly onto Meltem's designer shoes. CRACK! A deafening slap snapped Elif's head back, the iron taste of blood instantly flooding her tongue. "Lock her up until the legal transfer papers are ready tomorrow," Meltem snarled. "If she refuses to sign over her shares, make sure she vanishes permanently." The iron door slammed shut, plunging the cellar into absolute darkness. The moment their footsteps faded, Elif didn't waste a single second on tears. Using her own wet blood as a lubricant, she jerked her right wrist violently against the oak chair. With a sickening pop of her thumb joint, her hand ripped free. She untied her ankles, stacked two rotted crates beneath the coal hatch, and clawed frantically at the rusted iron latch. Elif hauled her body through the narrow gap, tumbling out into the freezing midnight storm of Istanbul. "Hey! She’s escaped!" Flashlight beams sliced through the dark alleyways. Heavy boots thundered behind her. Elif bolted into the freezing rain, her bloodied bare feet slamming against the slick cobblestones. Her lungs burned like liquid fire. Tripping over her torn silk hem, she stumbled blindly onto the main avenue. Suddenly, twin beams of blinding white light cut through the downpour. The sharp screech of burning rubber shattered the night. Time froze as a silver Maybach hurtled directly toward her. The heavy front grill clipped her side, slamming her frail body onto the wet asphalt. Pain exploded in her head as darkness threatened to pull her under. The car door slammed shut. Heavy, deliberate footsteps approached—unhurried, powerful, and terrifyingly calm. Elif forced her eyelashes open. A towering silhouette stood over her, an umbrella snapping open to shield her face from the storm. All she registered was a flawlessly tailored charcoal suit and the heavy, suffocating scent of rich cedarwood and expensive cologne. "Please..." Elif rasped, her hand trembling as she left a smear of blood across his pristine trousers. "Help me..." The man knelt. Cold, piercing blue eyes locked onto her pale, bloodied face. Miran Al-Asaf, Istanbul’s most ruthless billionaire, gripped her arm with an intensity that bordered on lethal. "You bleed on my bespoke trousers, smash into my car, and expect a free ride, little bird?" Miran’s voice was a low, dangerous rumble that vibrated through her chest. Elif’s hazel eyes snapped open wider, flashing with pure, undiluted defiance despite her state. "I don't need your mockery... I need a ride. Name your price later." Miran’s lips curved into a dark, sharp smirk. "Brave. Or foolishly desperate." Without warning, his broad arms swept beneath her frame, hoisting her off the slick pavement with effortless power. "Let me go! I can walk!" Elif gasped, her hands instantly pressing against his broad, solid chest to push him away. The overwhelming heat of his body clashed violently with the freezing cold. "Shut up," Miran growled near her ear, his grip tightening until she was locked against his chest like a captive. "You can barely keep your eyes open, yet you dare command me? You run into my path, you belong in my space until I decide what to do with you." "I don't belong to anyone!" Elif spat through gritted teeth, her fingers digging into his suit jacket. "I'm not your property, stranger!" Miran stopped dead in his tracks right beside the open Maybach door. He pinned her with a dark, possessive gaze that sent a shiver down her spine—one that had nothing to do with the rain. "You stepped into my world the second your blood touched my car, girl," Miran purred dangerously, his thumb pressing firmly against her swollen lower lip to wipe away the crimson drop. "And nobody leaves my world without my permission." Elif opened her mouth to snap back, but the raw agony in her head finally buckled her senses. Her vision blurred, and her body went completely limp against his chest. Miran caught her head before it struck his shoulder. Looking down at her fierce, exhausted face, a dark, unfamiliar pulse throbbed in his veins. He threw her gently into the leather passenger seat, wrapped his wool coat around her shivering body, and slammed the door shut. Miran bypassed every protocol, driving like a demon through the storm until he reached the city's premier private hospital. He carried her through the VIP entrance himself, refusing to let the paramedics lay a hand on her. "Get the chief of medicine," Miran barked at the ER desk. "Now." Within minutes, Elif was prepped in a high-security suite. Miran stood by the floor-to-ceiling glass, arms crossed over his chest, his eyes locked on her pale face as nurses bandaged her wrists and hooked up an IV. His encrypted phone buzzed. "Boss," his chief of security reported. "Erkan's men are combing the district for the girl." "If any of that filth steps within two blocks of this hospital, erase them," Miran commanded, his voice cold enough to freeze hell. "Lock down this entire floor anonymously." He hung up, pulled out a thick stack of high-denomination cash, and slammed it onto the nightstand in front of the head nurse. "This covers this wing under absolute anonymity. No digital logs. No police records." Miran walked to the edge of the bed. He leaned down, his face mere inches from Elif’s sleeping form. His long fingers gently traced the sharp line of her jawline. "You want to fight the world, little bird?" Miran whispered, his dark voice laced with a dangerous promise. "Recovery quickly. Because when you wake up, you'll have to fight me first." He turned and strode out into the shadows just as two frantic figures burst out of the far elevator. "Elif? Oh my Allah, Elif! You're awake!" Ayasha's trembling hands gripped hers. Elif groaned softly, her eyes fluttering open as the sterile white lights above forced her to wince. "Ayasha?" Elif’s voice was hoarse. "It's me, canım," Ayasha sobbed. "You're safe." "Drink some water first, Elif," Atif added from the side of the bed, his hair rumpled from sheer panic. Elif swallowed the cool water, her mind instantly flashing back to the dark cellar, the rope burns, and then... the dark suit. The terrifyingly handsome man with icy blue eyes who held her like she belonged to him. "The men... Erkan and Meltem," Elif panicked, trying to sit up. "They have armed men!" "Nobody is getting near you," Atif reassured her firmly, pressing her shoulders back to the pillow. "The entire VIP floor is locked down by heavily armed private security. They aren't letting anyone pass." Elif stared at her bandaged wrists. "Who paid for all this?" "We don't know," Ayasha whispered. "The front desk said a man brought you in a silver Maybach. He deposited a fortune in cash to cover everything anonymously and walked back out." Elif closed her eyes. Her lips still burned where his thumb had pressed against them. She remembered his dark, arrogant smile and his lethal promise. "You stepped into my world... and nobody leaves my world without my permission." "Do you know who he was?" Atif asked, watching her closely. "I don't know his name," Elif murmured, her hazel eyes hardening with a mixture of fear and intense intrigue. "But he was dominant, arrogant... and completely lethal. He smelled like cedarwood and money." "Whoever he is, his cash covers this floor for exactly forty-eight hours," Ayasha warned gently. "After that, we need a plan." Elif squeezed her sheets until her knuckles turned white. Her life as an innocent student was over. Her father was missing, her stepmother had betrayed her, and a dangerous billionaire had just marked her as his territory. "Forty-eight hours is all I need," Elif declared, her voice cold and resolute. "I am going to take back everything they stole from me. And if that dark stranger thinks he owns me now... he’s in for a war."
