As she was walking out the gate, she met Sebastian Moreau, cousin to Roland Ashford. He cast her a long side glance walking past her without an ounce of respect - no greetings just pure ego. She sighed, his future flashing before her eyes. "Pride does go before a fall indeed." She said adjusting the strap of her bag. The walk home was quiet as the seer was engrossed in thought wondering where exactly and who she had told that prophecy before. Just then... [Flashback] 18 years ago... A lovely couple had just birthed their adorable daughter and had come to the seer to seek what her future held. "Good evening the great seer." The warm woman greeted. "Long live the seer." The husband followed in greeting. "Nice to have you here." The seer said, a warm smile playing on her lips as she offered them seats. "Here sit." She said. "And what adorable thing do we have here?" She asked moving closer to see the baby as she lovingly fondled with her cheeks. The baby was a furball of cuteness, long raven black hair, puffy rosy cheeks, long lashes, and a perfectly cute nose "She's adorable." The seer said, lightly tilting her head already knowing that the girl will be a future heartbreaker. Just then, the little baby's eyes opened. Her captivating deep green eyes locking onto the seer's brown ones. The baby wriggled her arms giggling joyfully as she grabbed onto the seer's silver locks her tiny hands wrapping around it. "Awwwwww." The seer cooed, her heart melting at the sight as she played with the girl's crimson cheeks. On the other hand, the child's mother was fretting and frantic asking the seer for forgiveness as if she were deity while wondering if the child had offended the seer by rudely grabbing her hair. "No problem." The seer said gently tugging her hair away from the baby's grip affection flooding her features although she was reluctant to let go and let the magical moment cease but she did anyways. The mother rocked the girl back to sleep as the seer sat down clearing her throat to regain composure. "Hmmm- mmm, you came for a prediction right?" She asked her eyes unknowingly drifting to the sleeping baby. "Yes." The couple chorused quite eagerly. "Alright then."she said as a warm aura surrounded her wrapping around her like a second skin. She closed her eyes, legs crossed and then, her eyes snapped open- a glowing icy blue as she spoke calmly, "She comes bearing a sword and a flower." The parents couldn't be more happier as they wrapped their heads around this revelation with a humanly sense. "Our daughter will be both beautiful and strong." The woman said looking affectionately towards her hugged as they nuzzled as a family. The seer didn't mind correcting them. They weren't totally wrong and they weren't totally right either but one thing was sure. The girl's future was still very unclear that the seer's brow knitted into a frown. [End of Flashback] Present Day... "No wonder the prophecy sounded familiar." She thought to herself. "It seems their paths were fated to cross anyways." She said a small of a smile playing on her lips. "Can't wait to see you again soon goddaughter." Her smile widening. It was no wonder that she had claimed her as her goddaughter long ago even without the girl's knowledge as the child had deeply grown on her.
