The New Girl Next Door

"Why are we moving away?" Emma asked as I'm packing my last box. "daddy got a new job, sweetie." mom answered. But that was a lie. I'm the reason why we're moving I got in trouble again with the school that they tranfer me to another school that's supposly for the trouble kids. Emma is only 4 years old she wouldn't understand what's going on. An hour later we arrived at our new house. We're already unloading everything into the new house. I tell my parents that I plan to drive around town after I unpack my room. There's a room in the basement which I choose to be my room bonus is that there's a sliding door leading to the backyard. It'll make it easier for me to sneak out to go racing. I race to make extra cash my momma doesn't know about only Zoey. An hour later I finished unpacking my stuff so I got dressed and grabbed my keys "I'll be back in a few hours momma love you." I kiss her on the cheek as I walk to the door "Okay babygirl be safe." she said "Always momma" I yelled back as I walked out of the door and hopped in my car. After driving few a couple of hours I pull up to my house I noticed there was a group of kids that looks around my age next door I wonder which kid is my neighbor as I get out of the car and walked in. As I walk in I can hear my parents fighting "not again." I sighted as I walked to Emma's room. When I walked in she already had her headphones on I walked up to her and gave her a hug. I signed 'do you wanna come and sleep in my room with me'. I taught her sign language for this situation we're in. She signed 'yes'. so we went to my room, and thank god we can't hear my parents fighting. she climbed into my bed as I put her favorite movie on. she fell asleep in the middle of the movie.I looked at my alarm clock and it was past 11:30 so I got up and grabbed my cigarettes. It was silent which means they were done fighting. I saw my mom sitting in the living room watching tv "he didn't do anything to you ?" I asked her "oh no sweetie he didn't." she looks at me "he should know better now" she added. "okay momma I'm going outside to smoke and Emma's asleep in my room" I said to her as I walked to the door. I called my best friend Zoey as I hopped onto the trunk of my car and lit up a cigarette.
