Ava blinked her eyes for the third time. When she woke up, she's not in her own room but instead, she was in a guest room. Not just a simple guest room but, it was a huge guess room with extravagant interior design. She roamed her eyes around the room and she can't really remember how did she ended there.
"Where am I?" Ava asked herself. She remembered what happened last night and sighed of relief because she knew she was saved by someone.
"But who?" She asked herself again.
Her thinking was disrupted when a young lady entered the room.
"Good morning, Luna." Ava furrowed her forehead.
"Good morning too. My name is Ava." The young lady only smiled at her.
"Please do change. Alpha Jakobe and Alpha Truett are waiting at the dining hall." The young lady said that made Ava furrowed her forehead again.
"Alpha?" Ava asked but the young lady didn't answer her. After bowing to her, the young lady left her.
"Luna? Alpha? Who are they?" Ava asked herself again with confusion all over her face.
..........
"I almost forgot, what was the important thing that Alpha Zyair said about the rogues and the humans?" Jakobe asked while sipping his coffee.
Alpha Zyair left last night because something came up and his Luna, Zhuri, called him so he immediately went home.
"His warriors were patrolling around the borders of the Red Wolf Pack when they smelled rogues. The trackers immediately traced them and led them into a barn. The rogues were busy digging holes as if they were looking for something. After finding none, they left. Alpha Zyair received reports from other Alpha's that they were also doing those digging to other barns and up to now, they don't know what's the reason behind." Alpha Truett said.
"Holes? What do you think they are looking for?" Jakobe asked and Truett shrugged his shoulders.
"I ordered Gamma Cobain to do some investigations not only here but also to the neighboring packs and even in the human world." Truett said.
"I'll also do that when I get home." Jakobe said.
"Alpha Zyair said that there was one barn that those rouges kept on coming back. The farm is not far from their territory. He placed that barn under his watch." Truett said.
"Let Alpha Zyair know that we're ready to give him assistance if he needs it." Truett agreed on what Jakobe said.
..........
"Wow! This place really shows wealth." Ava said while looking around.
After cleaning herself, she changed on the clothes the young lady brought a while ago. It was a shirt and a jeans that was exactly the size of her. She wants to commend the one who bought her clothes but just put it behind because she don't know who it was.
Jakobe sniffed the air and he knew his mate is coming. He stood up making Truett creased his forehead.
"Where are you going?" Truett asked.
"My Luna is finally awake." Jakobe said.
"Don't be too obvious. Remember, she's human." Truett said and Jakobe nodded.
Ava is busy admiring the place that's why she didn't notice Jakobe was already at her back. When she turned around, she bumped her head into Jakobe's hard chest.
"Ouch!" Ava said and looked at the man standing right in front of her.
"Oh my gosh!" Ava said to herself. "Is he a god?" Ava continued talking to herself while looking intently to Jakobe's face.
Jakobe smiled hearing through the mind link what Ava was thinking.
"Don't be too full of yourself." Thunder said making Jakobe arched his brow.
"You knew that between the two of us, I'm the perfect description of a man." Jakobe said smirking.
"Yeah, right. But I'm the perfect description of a wolf too." Thunder said boastfully.
Jakobe and Thunder both heard a clearing of throat.
"Hi, I'm Avayah." Ava introduced herself. They've been standing there for a couple of minutes without saying anything so she's the one who spoke first.
"I'm Thunder." Jakobe wanted to really punch his wolf because he's the one who answered Ava.
Sometimes, Thunder took over Jakobe's body especially when he's in wolf form. But sometimes, just like now, he's taking over just to piss Jakobe.
"Oh, hello Thunder! What a unique name you have?" Ava said.
Jakobe can feel the amusement of Thunder.
"I like her." Thunder said.
"Of course, she's our mate." Jakobe said.
"Nah, I like her because she's cute but she's still your mate only." Thunder said.
"You can't still feel the connection?" Jakobe asked.
"Nope!" Thunder said and Jakobe sighed.
"By the way, Thunder." Jakobe can see the smirk on Thunder's face.
"Where am I?" Ava asked.
"Don't worry, you're still in Eurasia." Jakobe said.
"Where exactly in Eurasia?" Ava asked.
"Ahm..." Jakobe didn't know how to answer Ava's question.
"You're in Tundra, Eurasia." Truett was the one who answered Ava.
Jakobe looked at his friend and they spoked through the mind link.
Truett laughed after hearing what Thunder have done.
Ava furrowed her forehead when Truett laughed.
"I'm sorry, I just heard something funny." Truett said but Ava didn't seem to understand because she wasn't able to hear what Truett said about the something funny thing.
"By the way, I'm Truett, Jakobe's best friend." Truett said.
"Jakobe?" Ava asked raising her brows looking at Jakobe.
"His name is Jakobe. He just remembered his wolf a while ago so he had said the wolf's name instead of his name." Truett said.
"You had a wolf? I also had mine and I thought she was the wolf last night but when she bared her teeth, I lost it all because I thought she's gonna hurt me." Ava said.
"Correction, I smiled at you and I'm a he not a she." Thunder said through the mind link that made the two Alphas laughed.
Ava creased her forehead. "I think these two handsome young men are having their funny time in their own world."
"Alpha Jakobe." Malcolm said.
"Oh, another handsome young man." Ava said to herself.
"Thank you, Luna." Malcolm said that made Ava creased her forehead again. She wanted to ask the Luna and the Alpha thing but when she saw her bag, she remembered her family.
"Oh my gosh! My Dad will gonna kill me!" Ava said and hurriedly opened her bag to get her phone.
