Chapter twenty-four - Only friends
Jayden's POV: My summer vacation will end after three weeks. I'm trying to make the most of it. Some days, I wanted to be alone. I don't need to be with my friends all the time. Once, I went out for a walk after dinner. For some reason, it made me feel good. I should do this more often. There are fewer people outside, and it's not that hot. This is a typical summer here. I used the chance to listen to Kali's new song. I'm glad that she is not sending them to me anymore. I told her that I didn't need privileges. Let's say I'm trying to be different from her ex-boyfriend and ex-best friend. I liked the song, but there was something different about it. Bailey said it was about me. I don't think so.
