"Lilly, we need to talk." Luca's voice whispers from the darkness of my slumber, memories of me staying over at his last night slowly coming to the surface of my brain including the weeks' worth of ones without him being in it thanks to the Deity needing him. That and work has been throwing more hours at me which doesn't surprise me for it's their attempt in trying to keep Luca and I apart.
Levistus has told them already that Luca is helping this Deity by helping me. So things at work have been weird since all they keep asking is for me to come over since they miss having me around. Like can't they grasp the fact that I see right through their s**t?
