Antonio's POV:   It was a nightmare. It must have been. She couldn't have left. She just couldn't.    At any moment I would wake up and look into her beautiful eyes that promised me a future with her. But no matter how much I wanted it to be just a dream, there was no waking up. She had really left. That door had just closed behind her.   Elena was gone.   A sharp pain gripped my stomach and that feeling compared to no other.
