Chapter 9 Craig and Kevan settled into a routine over the next few weeks—above and beyond their weekly Friday night dinners together. Wednesdays, when Kevan wasn’t doing surveillance of one kind or another, they took in a movie. Sundays, they explored what the city had to offer. While neither of them made any overt moves, the bond that had formed between them strengthened. “I vote we go on one of those ghost tours this Sunday,” Kevan said at dinner, the first Friday in September. “Uh-uh.
