“He certainly looks the part,” Craig commented when the tour guide appeared. The man, who introduced himself as Edwin, wore a long black cape, and had dark hair that hung well below his shoulders. “Our first stop,” Edwin told the group, “will be the home of Jacques St. Germaine.” He led the way from the meeting place on the plaza in front of the cathedral to a two-story house on the corner of Royal and Ursulines. “St. Germaine migrated here from France in 1903.
