RIVERA’S POV
“Oh my…” I froze. Hayley? She was not supposed to come till a week or more after sending the letter. Or at least that was what we thought. “Luna Leah! I am so sorry I didn’t recognize you. It has been ages” Hayley exclaimed, pulling Leah into a hug. “Hayley, this is Rivera…” “Rivera, could you please show me the way to Rafael?” Hayley cut in, nonchalantly. “Hayley, she is…” “The person who will take me to Rafael, right? Thank you so much, Luna Leah. Let’s go, Rivera” she cut in. I looked at Leah who nodded and asked me to go along with it with her eyes. “Alright, Hayley. Let’s go meet Rafael” I swallowed a lump in my throat, trying to hold myself from screaming in her face. I clutched Scarlett to my side and took Hayley to her beloved brother.
