Leah’s POV
Lucia and I slept so well in our new beds, that we both slept in. We were having a lazy morning so far, just the two of us. We had our first lot of mail through the door, there were two for me and one for her.
‘Lucia, you have a letter’
She grinned as I handed her the envelope and helped her open it ‘It’s from Nonna and Nonno’
I read the letter to her and promised we would call them later to say thank you. I opened the letters to me. The second one was the approval for the planning permission. We could finally get stated on the studio.
I rang the builders and they agreed to start by the end of this week. I was ecstatic. And then I remembered my dads visit. I had been awake almost an hour and a half and I had completely blanked it out.
