Leah’s POV I messaged Kai to say I had arrived and then had a quick shower and got ready. Brigitte rushed in, said a quick hello, and went to get dressed; we would have to catch up at diner. We were going to one of Brigittes favourite restaurants, a chic bistro, L’Innocence, in the 9th arrondissement. As we arrived, we were taken straight to our seats and immediately started taking nonstop as if we hadn’t seen each other in years, not months.
