Selene didn't expect Pamela to react so quickly. Before she could even make a move, Pamela had already slapped her twice, ringing her ears.
She was both angry and frustrated, but couldn't make a big scene with Pamela here.
"Who the f**k is your sister? Shut the f**k up!" Selene gritted her teeth through the pain in her cheek and lowered her voice, "But luckily for you, you were smart enough not to counter me just now. Otherwise, prepare coffins for your foster parents."
At first Selene thought Pamela would stand up and argue with her. Selene had even prepared a response, but Pamela remained calm and composed, which surprised her.
It was unexpectedly impressive.
"Ha." Pamela smirked with her red lips, and said, "When saving Parker, I was promised a reward of one billion. I'll give you a fifty percent discount, five hundred million, to you as a hush money. Otherwise, when Parker finds out the truth, as your sister, I won't just prepare a coffin for you, but I'm afraid I'll have to weed your grave every year!"
"Five... hundred million? Are you dreaming?"

After a furious argument, Selene was left speechless.
Meanwhile, in the inner room, Charlotte explained to Parker what had happened last night, saying, "I saw it myself. That little Pamela left marks on the bed. She was still a virgin and if you slept with her, you're responsible!"
Parker initially thought the drug was slipped by Pamela so she could follow him onto the elevator with wicked intentions. Although now he knew Charlotte was the one who drugged him, that didn't mean Pamela had been cleared out.
"I already have a girlfriend. As for Pamela, I can give her compensation." Last night, he overheard Pamela saying she just wanted money.
If that was the case, he would just satisfy her.
"Hmph, do you think your old grandma is blind? Don't think I can't see that you're using Selene as a substitute."
"How can I make you believe, Grandma?"
Parker was actually quite troubled.

Charlotte was concerned that Parker might force Pamela to take birth control pills, so she needed Pamela to stay for three days before she could relax.

Listening to Charlotte's words, Parker's handsome face was tinged with a coldness. He turned and walked out of the room.
"Parker, you're coming out?"
Seeing Parker come out, Selene stepped forward.

"So quick to call her 'Grandma', seems like you can't wait to be my woman!"

Pamela paused, tilting her head and looking at the old woman walking out of the inner room, she smiled sweetly, "Grandma insisted on me marrying you. There's nothing I can do."

"What are you doing, Parker?" Charlotte scolded sternly.
Parker let go of Pamela and turned to Selene, and said, "Let's go."
Selene bit her lip gently, feeling dissatisfied.
She finally came to the West family, but she couldn't even talk to Charlotte before leaving.
Despite her displeasure, Selene smiled politely and nodded slightly at Charlotte. "Nanna, Parker and I are leaving."
"Mm." Charlotte replied carelessly.
Selene then walked out of the living room with Parker.
Watching Parker's back, Pamela put off the smile of a 'victor' on her face.
She sighed to herself that playing cool is enjoyable, but it'll backfire later!
Even though she got Selene angry, she also offended Parker. Wasn't this going further down the road of ruin?
