Stretching my fingers out across the bed sheets, I tried to find the warmth of the body that slept next to me all night. But, there was only the cool embrace of the silky smooth sheets. No bodily warmth was radiating off of that side. Feeling my head throbbing, I opened an eye and took in my surroundings. The room was painted black with black carpet on the floor, I was in a black bed with black sheets. They really like black, I thought to myself.
