After breakfast service, Cora slipped out. She never felt more suffocated as she did in this moment. Her stomach was still twisting from the Alpha picking her apart, no matter what she did, the feel of his eyes haunted her skin. She needed her peace, and soon enough she made her way down the grassy slope outside of the castle walls. She was thankful for the kitchen side door. It allowed her to slip out unnoticed.
