26. I woke up again, for what, like the third time this morning? But at a reasonable time at least, and for the last time today I hoped, but who knew? This was becoming more and more like a roller coaster as the days went on. But I felt happy…ish. And refreshed. Thanks to Brody. I got up almost instantly and did something I hadn’t done in a long time. Went looking for my running shorts. I got dressed and put on my running shoes, tying up my hair I stretched out in front of my van then just ran. And ran. And ran.
