Lisa's POV I balanced a tray of black coffee in my hand as I made my way toward Alpha Nathan. It was 6 a.m., and according to what Maria had told me, Nathan was to have his coffee exactly at this time. Reaching the door, I took a deep breath to steady myself and knocked softly. When there was no response, I frowned and knocked again, harder this time. “Stop knocking and get the hell in,” his deep, angry voice rumbled from inside. I frowned, realizing he seemed angry at such an early hour of the morning. Pushing the door open, I stepped into the dimly lit room and shut the door behind me.
