Blair’s POV
The first thing I felt was pain.
There was this unbearable throbbing of my eyes and every part of my head seemed to be shattered. I heard voices. Lots of them, but they sounded far away and felt surreal. The pain absorbed me completely. My head swam and I felt like throwing up.
The voices became louder and began to sound as if they were so close to me. Gradually, I became aware of the cold towel placed on my forehead.
"We can't just leave him to die there," Piper was saying. "You know they meant every word in that note and the more we delay, the more they are likely to hurt him."
"So what will you have me do? Allow Blair to put herself in danger? She's pregnant for goodness sake!"
