I had decided to show Stella around the palace since she had been lonely lately, staying in her room all day. Her only friend had been occupied with training or spending time with her mate, Hunter. Hunter's health had improved quite a lot, and he was getting stronger by the day.
I knocked softly at Stella's chamber door. After three knocks, the door opened. She smiled when she saw me, and I returned the smile. It always felt good to see someone excited to see me.
