Summer POV
“Hunter won’t let anyone into the room,” Oliver said.
“I’m her sister! Her full-blood sister, not even half anymore. I want to see her.”
“He’s in his wolf form, Summer and it’s damn terrifying.” Oliver rubbed the back of his head as he spoke.
“Give him a minute, Summer. His girlfriend was attacked. If you were in that bed, no one would be allowed in this hospital.”
I stared at Ezra. He could be so dramatic.
“She got stabbed, Ezra,” I said.
“Exactly, and Hunter’s worried, too. Come on, let’s get coffee. If he’s not out by the time we return, then we’ll figure things out.”
“Can’t you make him come out?”
He slipped an arm around my shoulder, and we began to walk.
“I don’t have authority over Hunter anymore. He’s too powerful.”
“Right… aren’t you worried about that?”
