Being Enamored By Him

Dreams make you realize your own reality but sometimes they make you realize the Harsh truth that you don't even want to confess to yourself let alone to the world..... "Please don't leave me Naina," Kabir said, his voice filled with hope with an unknown fear gripping his heart. "No Kabir I can't be with you. I don't belong here. We are over" Naina pleaded. Her actions betrayed her words, she held his hand with an intention of never letting it go but the reality was too painful and this time her mind dominated in the battle between the mind and the heart. "You said you will never leave me. You cannot break your promise" Kabir said in a hoarse voice. "I don't trust you anymore Kabir. Let me go" She said and her voice cracked at the end as she started withdrawing her hand from Kabir's tight grip. She wished she could let this go but the moment she closed her eyes she could see Avantika hovering Kabir, her Kabir and it broke her all over again. "Please baby. Please, I need you. I want us..... forever" He said tightening his hold on her. "I can't Kabir. Please let me go" Naina said and a lone tear escaped her eyes. It was a painful sight for Kabir to watch this side of Naina which was just because of him. He caused her this pain, he damaged something which was impeccable until now and now it was marred forever. After a moment Kabir took Naina in her arms. At first, Naina stood still but then she gave up and hugged Kabir like she was hugging him for the last time. Indeed she was hugging him for the last time sadly.... "Please, Kabir! Don't do this to me! Please let me go." Naina said softly and began to withdraw herself from Kabir's strong hold. "No Naina I told you once and I am telling you again I will never let you go ever" Kabir cooed burying his head in the nape of her shoulder. "No Kabir. This isn't right!" Naina said to him but her own plight was that she neither wanted to leave him nor she wanted Kabir to give up on her. "Sshh. Let me hug you Naina. Just for 5 minutes please." Kabir said. At first, Naina hesitated a bit but after battling she finally hugged him as tightly as it was possible for her savoring every inch of him and both let their tears flow freely as they stood in each other's arms. They didn't want separation they wanted each other, more than that they needed each other. Naina has somewhere in her heart has already forgiven Kabir but her mind was not allowing her to trust him again. Yet she wants to risk everything again and for that, she needs some time to think. She needs some time away from Kabir and for that, he has to let her go... "Kabir I need to leave now!" Naina said and this time before Kabir could even absorb what happened Naina was gone far away from him... This was the dream that Kabir had when Naina promised him that she will never leave him ever. But destiny had its own plans. His not so pleasant dream came true and their whole world changed in a way that it's soo hard to fix it again but the hope is something which keeps us alive when nothing is in our favor hope helps us feel alive..... There are certain things in life which you cannot control no matter how much you want everything to happen the way you want but everything happens the way it is destined to happen. Naina and Kabir still love each other so much that when Naina witnessed that hurtful scene she just couldn't stop imagining it and Kabir, unfortunately, couldn't do anything, the damage was done but one thing which is certainly true is Kabir cannot live without Naina.......
