“Today is gon’ be a lovely day” I said as I stretched myself out on the bed, “Good morning babe”, Garry said as he pecked me on the forehead “that’s weird.. cause he never really do that” I thought to myself, “morning”, I replied awkwardly wondering what was up his sleeve cause even when he wants to ask me for money he is never really this sweet or romantic, “what’s that?”, Garry asked , I guess he noticed the weird look I had on my face questioning his action, “by what time are you leaving for your trip today?” I asked hoping he was gon’ leave sooner so that Kelly won’t meet him and get uncomfortable cause I haven’t told her yet that I have a man talk more of the uncomfortable fact that we leave together in one room.. the same room that I’m asking her to come over to, “I cancelled babe, by the way your friend Kelly is still coming over today right?” He asked without looking at me, “tf?! Did he just say he cancelled??, this dude better be bluffing…arghhh what do I tell Kelly now”, I wondered while biting on my nails, I was so tensed that I forgot to answer to Garry, “pim pim” my message notification sounded as I picked it up to check, it was Kelly’s message “I have taken a cab Ash.. I will be there in the next 1hour” The message read, “Goddamit this isn’t gon’ be nice” I cursed under my breath, “I asked you a question babe”, Garry reminded me as he looked at me intensely in the face like he was trying to see through me, “oh yea, she’s still coming, as a matter of fact in the next 1 hour she will be here”, I said as I walked pass him, “okay, that’s cool”, “that’s cool, really???!”, I said to myself as I put on the shower, silently hoping Kelly doesn’t see me as a pathetic weirdo or liar for not being able to tell her that I have a man and that I leave alone.
Pim! Pim! Pim! My phone rang after 50minutes of waiting for Kelly’s call, “your phone is ringing babe”, Garry said as he picked up the phone, “who is that?”, I asked hoping he doesn’t pick it up, “it’s Kelly” he said, I almost rushed over to him and took the phone, “Heyy have you reached yet?” I asked as I picked the call, “yea, I’m at your street right now, can you come pick me up?” She asked, “alright babe I’m coming” I hung up as I rushed over to my wardrobe and picked out some clothes and put it on immediately and dashed out before Garry could say a word, well he always has something to say.
“Oh here she is, I could tell it was her immediately even from a distance…her skin color gives her out ..she’s a slim light skinned girl, she’s dressed in a masculine way which i find really attractive lols even from a distance i can already see how pretty she looks and the way she packed her brown hair in a bum leaving a few strands to fall off, damn she looks so sexy without even trying”, i said to myself as I walked towards her, “Hi cutie, you made it”, I said while trying to control my excitement, “yea, I did mama”, she said as she tried avoiding eye contact “hehe she’s the shy type? Cuteeee”, I thought to myself as I held her and I noticed she trembled a bit by the contact and that made my insides even more excited, I wondered why I felt this way when I just met her for the first time tho hehe.
“Here we are”, I said as I let out a breath secretly hoping she doesn’t get uncomfortable with whatever is behind that door as I dailed the door’s code…
