Nasty Wake Up Call Forty-Nine: Lyra I stretch as I wake feeling the delicious soreness of my body. Remembering how I rode Clay the night before. I feel my cheeks redden as I reach for his side of the bed finding it empty. I sit up quickly and look around. Nothing but the cot is left in the tent. I moan knowing that we will be moving once again soon. Which brings the though of the upcoming battle that will start today. I want it to be over soon but cannot help but want to put it off for longer. There is just so much going on that I don’t want to have to deal with a battle on top of it.
