"Alice get up now! Or, you will be late!" Mrs. Simon shouted from the kitchen..

"Ugh!" Alice groaned.. "Why she has to disturb my peaceful sleeps always!?" She huffed, but get up anyways.. It has been a week after that night.. And those stupids did not disturb them again..

She was about to left the bed, suddenly her phone started ringing.. And her gloomy face turned into a smiling one, it's her mother.. Quickly she picked up the phone "Good Morning, mommy.."

"Good Morning my princess.." Came one of the melodious voice she could ever heard.. Well, maybe all mothers voice was melodious to their kids.. "You wake up?" She asked..

"Yes, mom.. I did.." Alice replied..

"Well, are you ready for today's interview?" She asked..

Nodding, Alice replied "yes mom, I am.. I just hope that this time the boss won't be any creep, otherwise God knows what I will do!!" She replied in frustration..

"Hey come on sweetie, don't lose your control over things.. Remember that why you are doing things and what you have to achieve.. You are the Eldest child of McGowan's, you have lot's of responsibilities, okay?" Her mother tried to understand her..

"Yes mom, I know and I can do everything if you guys support me always like this.. I love you guys so much.. Give my love to everyone okay? By mom, talk to you later.." She replied..

"Okay, bye.. And best of luck with the interview.." With that both mother and daughter hung up..

Alice took a deep breath.. She has tons of responsibilities towards her and her family.. She has to prove that she is the capable elder child of McGowan's..

Alice looked up at the big name in front of her "D&M Corporation Ltd." The biggest and famous company in the whole America.. People could die to work here in this company.. Those who works here was undoubtedly well qualified people..

And Alice was not less in qualifications, or else why would she get a call for the Assistant Accounting post here in this company!? Though her qualifications are much more than that, she explained only half of her abilities in resume.. Otherwise, people would doubt on her identity, which she did not want exactly..

Before entering, she quickly opened her files to check whether the change was accurate or not.. She quickly saw her name on everything.. Yes, it has been Changed in Alice Wilkinson.. And after getting sure everything was okay, she stepped inside the big entrance of the company..

She directly walked up to the reception "hi, I am Alice Wilkinson.. I have an interview for the post Assistant Accounting Manager.." She spoke confidently..

The guy in the reception area smiled at her "hello, miss Wilkinson.. I am Jacob Hale.. Yes, you have an interview.. Today the interview was going to held by the President directly.. It was going to be taken at the 9th floor.. Please follow the lift, which was straight away from here and pressed the 8th button to reach the 9th floor.. Thank you.." He was polite and genuine, around his early twenties.. Alice liked him..

"Thank you Mr. Hale.." With a smile she followed his direction..

Reaching on the 9th floor, she found few other people were also waiting for the interview.. Everyone was much elder than her.. And why not, she's only nineteen years old!! Ofcourse, not much nineteen year old came here for the interview in this job post!!

She sat down at one corner.. People did not bother about her much.. Maybe, they did not think that a teenager girl would come here for the interview..

She was waiting patiently and all of a sudden, one young good looking man sat beside her.. Alice did not meddle about him but he did "hi, I am Noel Blake and you?" He asked with a friendly smile..

"I am Alice Wilkinson.." She replied with a polite smile..

"Whoa wow, are you British? You have that sexy accent.." He asked, holding the same smile..

"Umm.. English.. I am from England.." She corrected him..

"Isn't that the same? British and English?" He asked in confusion..

Smiling, Alice shook her head "not at all.. Though the fact is you are right.. But, it's complicated.. People's perceptions are different.. However, most of the England's people prefer to being called as English.. Me too.. I am feom England and I like to being called as an English, rather than British.. So for me, it's English.." She clarified..

Noel nodded in serious manner "well, thank you so much for clarifying this, or I might get beaten for this mistake! After all, it's a sensitive issue.." His tone was filled with gratitude.. "But your accents are almost same.. Then how could I understand?" He asked again while tapping his chin..

Alice smiled, "hey don't get panicked over it.. It's just a simple thing.. You can call British and those who would not like it, clear to you.. So chill.." She replied politely..

"Oh! You are really very good Alice.. It's really nice talking with you.." Noel said in a genuine manner.. "Thank you.."

"You're welcome.." Alice replied back with a smile..

Being an introvert girl, Alice never liked to interact with unknown people much.. But, this man was not annoying, so she didn't get irritated by him..

"By the way, what are you doing here? Is there any other interviews going on other than Assistant Accounting Manager post?" Noel questioned..

Laughing lowly, Alice answered "no, I am also here for the same interview, you came for.. And before you asked any shocking question, I should inform you that yes I am qualified for this job position and got call from the Company.."

Noel's mouth was wide open by the time.. He blinked for few times and then asked "you looked like a teenager!" His voice was low from the sudden shock..

"Yeah, I am a teenager.. I am nineteen.. I have completed my graduation by escaping grades, that's why I am here.." Alice explained..

After a moment of processing the truth, Noel opened his mouth "wowww.. I mean wooww.. That's really amazing! I mean you are here in D&M for an interview at nineteen years old! Girl, you've got this.. I mean it really.. I am just wondering, what is your future holding for you!?"

Now, Alice started feeling embarrassed.. She never did well with the praisings and she did not know what she should answer him back.. Blushing she replied "umm.. Thank you.."

"Oh, don't get shy.. Come on, you deserve it! Really!!" Noel said.. He really was impressed..

Alice smiled at him.. She really liked this guy.. He did not behave like a creep like others.. He took it normally and behaved like a normal human being..

Alice was about to say something, but suddenly the receptionist on the 9th floor called her name and asked her to get in the interview room..

"Well, now it's your turn.. Best of luck.." Noel said while giving her a thumbs up..

"Thank you.." Alice replied and with that she walked up to the door of interview room.. She was much confident.. Taking a deep breath, she knocked on the door..

"Come in.." Came a heavy manly voice from inside.. It sounded intimidating..

Getting the permission, Alice opened the door and get in, looking at the man who was going to take the interview, the president of D&M Corporation Ltd..

She was stunned seeing him.. "It was not possible.. No, not at all.." Alice murmured to herself, looking at him with eyes wide open.. Because it was none other than the man she broke the speaker of, a week ago!! The most good-looking man she have ever seen in her entire life!!
