Chapter1
The Blood Moon Pack was one of the seven deadliest wolf packs in all of Lounge Town. They had the strongest set of werewolves, and surprisingly, they didn't seem to have any omegas, which was quite breathtaking compared to the other packs.
I, Hannah Silvia, am a proud member of the Blood Moon Pack and will always be as long as I still live on the surface. My parents are extraordinary scholars who sought various books and techniques all around, even risking their lives sometimes by going into the human world. They left me to travel the world when I turned 18, and it has been 4 years since then.
I try not to remember what they said to me when they left; it was something a parent wouldn't want to tell their child, even if they were on their dying bed, ready to breathe their last.
"Silvia, we know you are now a full-fledged female, and you would be ready to face anything the world has to offer, but we must tell you. The males in our pack are really strong when it comes to the battlefield on the bed. One thrust and you might not feel your thighs anymore. So be careful who you choose to satisfy your s****l needs," my mother said as my father nodded his head in agreement. They had left after that to pursue their scholarly idea, never to be seen anymore, with their words sticking to my head.
Anyway, since they left me, I have been working as a hunter. Bringing food to the table of the pack was something I could do in my sleep. I had to leave home very early to catch the antelopes when they were ready to sprint to their new location. My claws were my power, tearing the skins of the antelopes was my hobby, and eating their meat was my very desire. I was a beast in feminine form. The men in the pack always liked to challenge me during the annual hunting festivals, but they were no match for my rapid kills. The only man who had ever defeated me was Patrick. He was the next Alpha of the pack, an inspired beta, and also the strongest of all men, apart from the elderly, of course.
"Uhm, Silvia, you know you really should stop focusing on other things but me and my lips," he said to me with his eyebrows moving upwards in a wink. Yes, you can guess from his words that he was a damn flirt and naturally better than all the guys that tried to ask me out on a date.
"I know, but you know I love the taste of blood on my lips." My eyes made contact with his daring red eyes.
"Yeah, especially when yours is touching mine at the same time."
"You never give up, do you?" I raised my eyebrows as he held my soft palm with his hands.
"I can't give up on you. You are like a gem that I am dying to have. I don't want to leave you, Silvia, and I don't want you to leave me either. These were the types of words expected from Patrick. We have been dating for the last four years now, even though our love for each other started right from our childhood.
"I can't leave you, and you know that. My heart beats for only you. You should know that I don't go back on my words, and I also expect you not to go back in." I rubbed his cheeks as he came closer, placing his lips on mine in a smothering kiss. I opened up for him as our tongues entangled in their tales of desire.
"You do know how to make me happy," he said, his lips departing from mine.
"I guess I just know how too. You know I believe that me and you are meant to be mates. We were bound by fate, and our bodies moved with the time frame, I proclaimed as he smiled.
"Yeah. Ever since I met you, all the ladies and maidens in this pack just seemed to vanish from my eyes, leaving only your image in sight…
"Do you think so?" I questioned his authority, wanting him to flirt more with me.
"Yes. If beauty was time, you would be an eternity." He continued spoiling me with his sweet words. ".
"Why am I getting the feeling that you are lying to me? You know I saw you with Ella for not quite long. You might have your eyes on her since you men take your eyes everywhere in search of worldly desires.", I tapped his nose as he checked at my statement.
"You should know me, Silvia. My love for you is like that of a mirror; even when it is shattered, you are still in it.", his lip twitched as he dropped one of his pickup lines.
"Really, then why were you with that girl? You know I don't like her being around you. She tries to take your attention away from me." I pretended to be sad, placing my head in my arms.
"To think you are jealous for once in your life. This must be a miracle. I will forever cherish this day in my memories, he teased.
"Is it bad for a woman to try to protect the man she loves from the roaming eyes of the beautiful maidens in the town?" I asked, waiting for his reply.
"It is when the lady in question refuses to look into the eyes of the person she loves but fixes her eyes on girls who are trying to capture his heart." He let out a grin as he looked into my eyes.
"You know what? I wouldn't let that lady disturb us anymore. I want to eliminate her, I said jokingly.
"You look cute when you are jealous." I heard his words as I flushed, making my fair cheeks turn red.
"Sir Patrick, There is an intruder in the town, and we need you and Miss Silvia to go on the mission alone.".
