To build an underground storage facility? What outage is that?
When I had received news form the Lady of Titledom about this, I had been the most shocked about this because truth be told, in all my times of building, I have yet to come up with something like this.
I had a bit of difficult understanding the whole topic but from the little the summon letter told me, I had been able to arrive at the conclusion that this underground bunker would be important to the people of Titledom. And there again, is where I have been bamboozled.
