The play of power is rather dynamic and has never been said to retain one stage in all of its occurrences. To think that there is a special format to how things should be is only but a fallacy of the highest order. It is being said that the seasons, even if they had a modus operandi still have resorted to means of untimely events, such that the rain falls for longer than it ought to be and the sun is out for longer periods than it ought to be. In this vein, it is likened to the scenario of which power is being played with. There is no such defined format to how power should be used or how it should be deployed, in times like this.
