The Beast Within episode 3

As I watched Fenris drive away my wolf snarled me for distancing myself from my mate. My heart still fluttering as I made my way inside. My mother was crying on the couch staring at two letters spread out on the coffee table, “mom what is it?!” I asked as I rushed to her aide. “Are debts are only raising no matter how much we work. Your father still hasn’t returned from his station in the summer lands, I just don’t know how to pay for my treatments and survive.” I took her hands as she continued to weep. My father was stationed in our brothering pack in a Florida region two years ago. He was only supposed to be gone a few months but it kept getting extended. The only thing we’ve received from him in all this time were these two typed letters stating “My apologies my dearest darling, I won’t be returning yet. I love you deeply.” With moms treatments taking all of our savings we had to ask the former Alfa and Luna for help paying them, they didn’t want to of course, but had stated we could work off the money by doing whatever jobs they needed.

I helped put my mother in bed and made sure I was outside by 11:40pm for my first shift. I undressed and sat my clothes on our porch step, standing naked in the snow looking up at the moon all I could think about was my fated mate Fenris. Was he looking at the moon at the same time as me? Was he going to seal our bond or reject it? I had only been standing for a few minutes when i began feeling my bones shift and break, i shrieked at the new pain. It took me about five minutes to transform into my wolf, I looked at my reflection in the window of my small broken home. I was beautiful with light chocolaty brown fur, a very feminine sculpted face, my big round hazel eyes had become a beautiful shade of green. It was rare a wolf having green eyes, it was nearly a completely lost trait. I stepped away from my home and took off through the woods faster than any omega I’ve ever met. I ran and ran for hours, only when the sun began to come up did I notice where I was.

Fenris POV

Breathing in the fresh air, enjoying the view of the snow covered trees, I stood on my porch watching the steam roll off the pond as the sun rose behind it. When I caught the sweet scent of my foreseen mate, her usual smell of fresh flowers has drove me crazy for years but last night it had changed, it was much more intense. It became so hard to resist her, to be without her presence. I couldn’t sleep last night because she wasn’t in my arms. I searched the wood line following her fragrance until I spotted a breath taking brown wolf with green eyes. I grinned at my mate before shifting into my own wolf, it took me only moments to transform. My wolf was golden brown with strands of blonde fur, I towered over my future Luna, playfully nipping at her as I pranced in circles. We began chasing each other, pouncing gently on one another. She was just as fast as my beta which is unheard of from an omega family. As we made are way back to the pack house she hesitated in the tree line, it took me a minute to realize she had no clothes once she transformed back into herself and neither did I I laughed at myself, I had been so excited to see her I just shifted shredding my clothes to pieces. I got to the steps and shifted back turning to Ashly to say one minute before running butt naked into my house.

Ashly’s POV

I stopped at the trees as Fenris continued to the steps of the pack house, he looked back at me a few time but I couldn’t follow, I would be exposed to him and anyone else inside. I watched as my mate shifted in seconds back into his godly body. Completely nude he turned to gesture “one minute” with his hand before running inside. I couldn’t help myself as I watched him closely, even in the freezing temperatures of our little winter wonderland his member was long and girthy. My wolf whimpered at the thought. He returned shortly later in pants and a hoodie holding a folded blanket. He sat the blanket down beside a tree and turned around to face the house as I transformed back and wrapped myself up in the blanket. My bones ached from my first shift and I felt as if I might pass out. I began walking to him when my legs gave and I fell into darkness.
