I spend a little time in the library, trying to keep my mind busy, but I finish my work quickly, as usual. All too soon, I'm left with nothing to do. I glance up to the clock. The hands move ever so slowly. Z, Mei, and Travis don't finish for another half an hour.
It's already dark outside and I'm too on edge to even consider the possibility of venturing out. I could try to talk to Bryn, to tell him what we've learned, but his classes don't start for another hour. I can't even get into the restricted section without an armband. Unfortunately, I couldn't ask for my friends to leave me one; it was a requirement that they always wear them.
I look around to see that the library is empty, save for the few remaining staff members. The night staff will probably change over soon.
