The Tingling

When i reached for the rose, Henry was holding out to me, I felt a calm rush over me.

Hmm, that's strange. I thought to myself.

When he took my hands to pull me closer, I felt a vibration and a familiar tingling feeling, run through my body.

I've never felt this type of vibration before, it was soothing and made me feel safe. Which isn't at all how I've been feeling around Henry.

I don't understand it.

The tingling, I have definitely felt before but only once.

But that doesn't make any sense!

Because when I felt it before, it was when I was looking out my window at the dog in the forest.

I'm so confused now.

I'm standing here, with my hands in his. Listening to all these sweet promises, from a guy that I've been very adamant about avoiding!

And all I really want to do is throw my arms around him.

My hand started sweating and my heart started racing.

When she stepped down onto the walkway of lights, I was frozen.

I couldn't take my eyes off her!

She looked like a princess.

So perfect & delicate.

I had my head kneeled but I could see every detail.

The closer she came to me, the more nervous I became.

She took the rose, I held out to her and she didn't reject me, taking her hands in mine.

Maybe she's too nervous or maybe she can feel our connection.

Either way, I can't blow this!
