My Perfect Amethyst

It was night out, the moon was shining at its highest point. The full moon lit up the lake outside of the property. I was admiring the way it lit up the tiny ripples when all the sudden something caught my attention. I heard noises coming from the forest. The noises didn't sound familiar so, I wasn't sure what to expect as it got closer. I noticed a movement in the bushes outside my window. Hidden behind a tree, I caught a glimpse of a shadow, of that looked to be a large dog. I noticed he was staring at me as I was staring at him. A weird, tingling feeling came over me, which was something I've never experienced before. I quickly shut the curtains on my window hoping that the dog would just go away, and the noises would calm down. I decided not to pay attention to any of it and relaxed on the couch, with my snack and started watching a movie. After a few minutes, I began hearing noises in the bushes, outside of my living room. I jumped up, to make sure all the windows and doors were locked. I looked out my window but I didn't see anyone, so I took a thought, that maybe this is just my imagination. But as I turned to walk away, something caught my eye. A beautiful wild rose, was laying outside my window, on the ledge. At that point, I completely forgot about the dog, who I thought was responsible for all the noises and my mind started to race. Was someone spying on me, through my window? If so, why? I immediately started checking all my locks again! I tried to forget about what had just happened and went back to the sofa. Maybe I'm just being paranoid! A few days have passed and every night, there's a wild rose on my windows ledge. I'm starting to wonder if living here was such a good idea! THANK YOU Please Follow My Profile Page
