The Poor Girl's Sacrifice

If theres one thing everyone in this town fears, it's the Strikers. They run everything here, from the small families that keep their heads down to avoid doing anything that could anger the family, to the mayor. They are untouchable by anyone, even the law enforcement looks the other way, not that they have much of a choice. Once, a newer officer made the mistake of stopping one of the brothers. Noone knows for sure what happened to him, but he definitely didnt take a long vacation. Callan Striker is the father, married to Davina Striker. Callan, the head of the family, is a powerful, cruel man. The only person brave enough to stand up to him is his wife, but even she can hardly ever sway his decisions once he has made up his mind on something. Davina is more level headed, but will almost always stand behind Callan's decisions. She can be just as heartless as Callan when she wants to be, though usually she leaves that work up to him The couple have 3 children. Absinthe is the middle child. Shes a strong, beautiful woman with long dark hair, chocolate brown eyes, and a deceivingly soft face. At a glance, you would think she was the sweetest and softest person, but crossing her path or angering her in the slightest is surely a mistake. Not only will you face her, but her brothers as well. Absinthe's younger brother Archer is the "wild child" of the family. Always getting himself into trouble, and always on his father's last nerve. Though he is the least deadly one to cross, he is just as capable of wreaking havoc one anyone unfortunate enough to catch him on a bad day. There is an older son, but noone knows anything about him. Noone has ever heard his name, or seen his face. All the town knows is that, as the first born son, he is in training to take over for his father. His identity has been hidden since his birth, and is only going to be revealed when his time comes to fill Callan's place. He goes with his father everywhere, but never speaks and his face is always covered. He is a mystery to everyone, but a mystery noone is ready to uncover.
