Ethan’s kisses were always forceful and domineering, giving Olivia no chance to escape.
He pressed her against the desk, one hand gripping her chin, the other tightly holding her waist.
The soft, sweet sensation of her skin stimulated every nerve in his body.
The beast inside him kept slamming against its cage, desperate to break free.
During their time together, things had always been harmonious between him and Olivia.
No matter how much he wanted, Olivia always complied with his desires.
Even when she was so exhausted that she passed out, she never complained.
But now, she was fiercely resisting, struggling hard against him.
Hot tears rolled down from the corners of her eyes.
Ethan didn’t continue.
With his long fingers, he gently wiped away the tears from Olivia’s eyes, his voice hoarse, filled with unsatisfied desire.
“Olivia, the game between us only ends when I say so. Do you understand?”
Tears filled Olivia’s eyes as she looked at him, her bloodstained lips parted slightly.
“Ethan, I won’t stay here to be humiliated by you!”
Ethan lowered his head, licking the blood from her lips, a cold smile playing on his face, though his eyes showed no amusement.
“If you’re not afraid of ruining your family, then go ahead and try.”
With that, he stood up, his gaze unintentionally drifting over Olivia’s disheveled dress and her long, slender legs beneath it.
Olivia felt deeply humiliated.
She quickly fixed her clothes and headed toward the door.
But just as she opened it, she saw Hannah standing at the entrance, dressed in a white dress, with an innocent smile on her face.
“Ethan, I brought you breakfast.”
This was the first time Olivia had seen Hannah up close.
Their features did indeed share some similarities, especially their eyes and nose.
Olivia’s suspicions were confirmed.
Years ago, Ethan had misunderstood her intentions but still kept her by his side.
It turned out she was just a substitute for Hannah.
Three years of intimacy, only to end up as a stand-in.
Olivia’s heart ached as if it were being torn apart.
She tried to stay calm, nodding slightly at Hannah before leaving.
As the office door closed behind her, Ethan looked coldly at Hannah.
“What are you doing here?”
Hannah’s eyes instantly reddened, and she lowered her head like a pitiful child, her voice trembling with emotion.
“I’m sorry, Ethan. I heard you haven’t been eating breakfast lately, and your stomach problems flared up, so I brought you some breakfast.”
Ethan frowned, his voice as cold as ice.
“Leave it.”
Hannah’s face lit up with a bright smile as she rushed over and placed the pink lunchbox on his desk. Her voice was soft and sweet.
“Ethan, I remember you love tuna and ham sandwiches. Try it and see if it’s good.”
But looking at the delicate sandwiches in the pink lunchbox, Ethan had no appetite.
He pushed the lunchbox aside and said in a low voice, “I have a meeting soon. I’ll eat it later.”
Hannah looked disappointed, but she still nodded obediently. “Alright, you go ahead. I’ll wait here and won’t disturb you.”
“There’s a guest room nearby. Wait there.”
With that, he pressed the intercom for Aiden.
“Take Hannah to the guest room and find someone to stay with her.”
Aiden quickly arrived, appearing at the door within a minute, motioning for Hannah to follow.
“Hannah, the guest room next door has refreshments prepared. I’ll have Li accompany you.”
Hannah looked at Aiden with a sincere smile. “I’ve heard Secretary Olivia is very kind. I’d like her to keep me company.”
“Sorry, but Secretary Olivia is the CEO’s chief assistant. She’ll be attending the meeting.”
Aiden wasn’t foolish.
He knew his boss and Olivia had been having issues lately, and letting this woman meddle wouldn’t help their relationship.
Hannah smiled faintly. “Oh, I’ve heard her coffee is excellent. Could she make me a cup?”
Ethan’s sharp brows furrowed with a hint of coldness, his dark eyes deepening.
Olivia was his. She wasn’t someone anyone could just command.
But the thought of Olivia being so determined to leave fueled his anger.
It seemed he couldn’t let her have her way too easily.
In a cold voice, he said, “Do as she says.”
Aiden blinked at Ethan in disbelief for a few seconds before sighing inwardly.
Ethan, making your current woman serve your ex? Don’t you know this is how you lose a wife?
Resigned, he led Hannah away.
Olivia was sitting at her desk, organizing the documents for the meeting, when Aiden knocked on her desk.
“Secretary Olivia, Ethan wants you to bring a cup of coffee to Hannah in guest room 02.”
Olivia looked up and responded calmly, “Alright, I’ll do it right away.”
After finishing her paperwork, she headed to the break room.
Olivia took the coffee beans from the cabinet and began grinding them.
Just as she was about to brew the coffee, a small figure appeared beside her.
Her expression remained indifferent. “Hannah, the coffee will be ready in five minutes.”
Hannah’s once sweet and innocent face now bore a cold smile.
“Olivia, aren’t you curious to see me?”
Olivia didn’t pause her actions, her gaze lowered, her tone calm.
“There’s nothing surprising about women throwing themselves at Ethan every day.”
“Don’t you get it? The only reason Ethan is with you is that you look a lot like me.
He never loved you. He’s always seen you as my substitute.
Now that I’m back, it’s time for the stand-in to leave.”
Olivia poured hot water into the coffee cup, and the rich aroma of coffee filled the break room.
She inhaled the fragrance and smiled. “These Italian-imported beans make an excellent brew. How sweet would you like your coffee, Hannah?”
Hannah felt as if she had hit a wall, her frustration rising as she clenched her fists.
“Olivia, stop pretending. You’re only with Ethan for his money, right? Here’s a check for ten million. Take it and leave him.”
Olivia hid her emotions, casually adding a sugar cube to the coffee and stirring it smoothly with practiced ease.
Her tone was calm and relaxed.
“I’ve heard Miss Song isn’t in the best of health. You should save that money for your hospital bills. After all, it would be a shame if you dropped dead before you married Ethan.”
“You…!”
Hannah gritted her teeth in anger.
She hadn’t expected Olivia to be this difficult.
With a glare, she picked up the coffee from the table and hurled it toward Olivia.
The scalding coffee arced beautifully through the air, heading straight for Olivia’s face.
