Chapter 7Two months later, Chase felt as though the sun had come out on his life. While Baylee's work schedule seemed to be all-consuming and incomprehensible, they had found time to go out on four dates, two without Dylan, all during the daytime. They also talked on the phone twice a week. The conversations remained shallow for the most part, revealing a hint of deeper waters to be explored at some later time, but not delving into them.
