I did not sleep at all, what did I do, was what I asked myself the whole night, calling myself stupid every chance I get has been two weeks since the fight and she has been avoiding me all the time, if I say her silence is not getting to me, I will be lying,she is always busy at work and she comes home late , she even moved out of our bedroom, and when I am off at work I spend my off day with my son, I feel guilty because he is growing up so fast and I am not there all the time to see his moments, today I took him to the park and shop to buy him new clothes and toys and I think I did to much( da what do not look at me like that, he is my one and only son)

I am so hungry after that run around I spot a restaurant across the street from the store, I cross the road to go to the restaurant, I opened the door and inside it was like a dinner and it is more homily and welcoming, I really like it, as soon as I walked in and the bell at the door ring, I was immediately shown to my table, good because I don't like to wait for a table at a restaurant, hello my name is Ross I will be your waitress for today, she said handing me the menu, do you need anything, a drink while you order, no, not now, I checked my son because there is no movement only to find out he was sleeping, you are also tired" I said to him without waking him up"

I called the waitress back, can I have ribs, french fries, onion rings with soda, this food is good, I was eating when I thought I had a familiar laugh coming from two tables behind me, I turned to make sure and I was right, it was her with some other dude, well dressed and good looking, he was touchy, it means he's comfortable around her and he likes her, ok I am not jealous, I keep on eating but I lost my appetite and I keep on looking back, I called the waitress and pay, I gave her a big tip she deserves more the service was good and the food was delicious

I carried my son,I was about to leave the restaurant and I turned for the last time and our eyes meet, I was about to leave when she called my name and she waved me over, what the f**k does she want and she on a date but if I don't go I will not know if it is really a date" I said to myself" I inhale and exhale and I walk over to them

I go over and she introduced us, Mac meet Taylor woods and our son, Taylor meet my friend Mac Peterson from school, he placed his hand forward and I took it and shake it, thee detective Taylor woods,I finally got to meet you it is my pleasure ( something is off about him,how did he know me, only criminals knows me), like wise" I said" now you have to drink with us, sorry but today I am on baby duty maybe next time, I have to go before this little one wakes up, anyway it was nice to meet you ( why is she giving me the eyes that says,take me away with you) baby are you coming we cannot be late for the appointment later" I said" oh yes the appointment I almost forgotten about it, thanks babe for reminding me, what will I do without you" she said standing up and give me a kiss, more like a perk on the lips " you guys should invite me for dinner so we can catch up( what the f**k is this guy inviting himself to my house, something is wrong and I can't put my hands on it) maybe next time, we have to go " I said" here how will you get hold of me when you don't have my number (he handed her a piece of paper) don't forget to call ok? or I will just show up at your house unannounced ( he noticed I was look at him with questioning look) I am just kidding.

we left the restaurant, thanks" she said" the company you keep "I said" where are you going?I thought we were going home. I want to pick up something for the baby, we arrive at the store, I was busy looking at something when I see summer reach to something on the higher shelf, I went behind her I am taller then her so I reach out to grab the stuffed animal, she lost her balance a little and fall back a little and I put my left hand on her waist to balance her, we looked each other in the eyes for few minutes and my hand linger a little on her waist, I don't want to lie my hand felt so good on her, she broke the eye contests, she fixed herself, we buy few things and I asked her if she wanted an ice cream she said yes, I buy one for her and I, we spend the whole afternoon together talking and laughing at anything that is funny and shop for more things, I never laughed like that after my wife died and I love this new feeling.

when we get home summer fed the baby and I put away the things we bought after we try the new clothes on the baby, he looks handsome, he fell asleep again, I guess he must be very tired I looked at summer, can we talk?
