Although the technology would take at least another decade to reach the levels capable of this amount of data surveillance, the intelligence seems to be a statement of intent by the powers in Government to create a state reminiscent of George Orwell’s novel, 1984.
GCHQ and MI6 are at the centre of a plan to put the UK population under mass surveillance. The story has been uncovered thanks to the covert efforts of an unnamed whistleblower named only as ‘Pandora’.
