Everything was actually going pretty smooth the first few weeks we dated. Everything was going slow I liked it that way. Rushing things wasn't going to help anyone honestly. I was still waiting for the other shoe to drop everything was going a bit to perfect.

One day Josh asked me to stay after and as a good girlfriend I did. I had told dad I was finishing something up for school so I was able to stay after school. It was morning and I was debating on going to school. Dad was out of town for a few days due to work so I just decided to stay home. After a few hours I look at my phone and Josh texted me saying he was outside to open the door. He wanted to talk about yesterday and wanted to know why I didn't go to school. I had no idea how I was going to get out of this one. I go down stairs and open the door, I just walk away letting him follow me from behind. I sit on the couch still wrapped in my blanket.

"Hey baby girl, why didn't you let me know you weren't going to school I missed you,"he said.

"Im sorry I was just really embarrassed because of what happened yesterday," I say while covering my face with the blanket.

"You don't have to be embarrassed about anything love, I should be the one embarrassed,"he said while rubbing the back of his head giving me a small smile. He makes his way closer to me and wraps his hand around me making me lay down on his shoulder.

 I liked being against him feeling his warmth and feeling his heart beat.I looked up at him giving him a smile kissing his cheek backing away slowly as we make eye contact. He licks his lip making me lick mine I can see his eyes shift down onto my lips letting me know he wants to kiss me. I couldn't resist his look I slowly close the small gap between our lips letting out a small moan as our lips touch making him smirk into the kiss. I could feel his heart beat get stronger made me smile knowing I could make his heart race. His arms wrapped around me pulling me closer to his body as he slowly leaned back on the couch making me lay on top of him as we kiss, never parting lips.
