"What the hell is going on here?" A big guy who seemed to have just wakened up from the smashing of things noises around boldly asked.
"We are taking this guy with us." Lucas nonchalantly answered as he grabbed an almost fainted Albert Scott by the collar of his shirt. He was half beaten and half drunk that he looked so pathetic, but he kept struggling. That was why the things nearby him were hit and noisily fell to the ground.
"And who the hell are you?" The big guy was pissed at how Lucas answered his question.
"I don't think I have to introduce myself to you," Lucas smirked and looked at his companions. "Don't you agree, guys?"
Connor lifted his thumbs up towards Lucas. And everyone chimed in with a playful tone saying;
"You might tremble in fear if you find out." Steve teased.
The big guy who looked pissed earlier due to Lucas' answer was now looking like a mad bull who only sees red around him. He stepped closer towards Lucas, and as soon as he got arm's length, he swung his right hand with his fist rounded to give Lucas a jab in the face.
"Whew! That was close." Lucas swiftly moved to avoid his punch, and his fist caught the air making him lose his balance and almost smashed his face on the ground. He must have given all his strength to that punch that he would have had his jaw badly broken if Lucas was hit. But Lucas knew the guy was pissed. It was anticipated by common sense that he would try to express his anger. Lucas was expecting that blow, and so he was able to avoid it swiftly. He even teased the guy more.
"I am taking this stupid i***t, and I really suggest you continue with your beauty sleep, or I might make you sleep so deep myself that you won't wake up for the next three days." Lucas dragged Albert out of place. As they expected, the people in pairs hiding somewhere in the building did not bother when Albert tried to resist Lucas' plans to get him out of there. He even screamed for help, but he was quickly made silent by a hard kick in his gut. Now they were on their way out. But the guy was like a wounded soldier. He became even more fierce to stop Lucas and maybe to save himself from humiliations in front of the other guys who have seen how Lucas had embarrassed him, he quickened his steps to get to Lucas, but before he was even able to see the back of his target, a hard and firm hand grabbed him by his upper arm.
"You just don't know when to give up, do you?" Garwood was annoyed that this guy wouldn't let them go as Lucas had asked.
Equally pissed and annoyed, the guy punched Garwood in the stomach with his left hand. Their distance was too close not to be hit, and Garwood was not able to avoid the punch. As if Garwood was actually waiting for the guy to make his move and turn his attention towards Garwood and let Lucas leave, he also caught the guy off guard with a hard blow on his side ribs. Garwood knew his punch would absolutely hit somewhere fatal to make the guy lost his breath and not be able to strike back at Garwood quickly again, even if he wanted to. He was overwhelmed with his pain and anger, that he seemed to have frozen as his hands held the part where he was hit. His body curled as he fell to the ground. When the people around watching saw what happened to the big guy, even if they wanted to stand and help the guy, they changed their mind and turned around to mind their own business. Only the big guy looking at the back of the group who came and left doing what they wanted to do was left in the hallway clenching his teeth and fists as he promised himself if he ever gets to see them around again, he will make sure to call back up and claim victory, not humiliated again just like today.
"I will have my day," he gritted as he promised himself revenge. He had no idea who they were, but he also has a lot of people and friends from different walks and levels of life. There is no way he won't find out who the hell they were. It may take time, but he is positive their paths will cross again, and by then, he will make sure his moves aren't so clumsy and stupid. He underestimated their strength as they looked weak with their lean body. He just realized their combat skills aren't to be taken lightly. The guy who hit him wasn't as big as he was, so he did not care about their distance when he let his fist blow into his stomach, but when he felt the return of blow into his side, he was momentarily paralyzed. He couldn't breathe. That was when he realized the guys weren't just like the street thugs who linger around in this abandoned building. But it would have been disrespect to himself if he let them do as they wished without him even bothering to interfere.
"Let's take him to the best place that suits idiots like him." Lucas pushed Albert in front of their motorbikes parked outside the old building.
"Shall we let him run from here to there?" Macky smugly asked.
"It's quite far. He might die before I get the chance to t*****e him." Lucas laughed at Macky's nerdy suggestion.
"I will take him with me." Garwood butt in.
"No, I will take Jandy with me, and this i***t will take his old ride." Lucas declared. Garwood knew why Lucas commanded so. He must have seen that guy punched him in the gut earlier. It was Lucas' way of considering his condition. Although he would not say no if he were told to do as he suggested, he cannot refuse Lucas' intentions because he will only get in trouble if Lucas gets angry about his disobedience. It was for his good anyway. The young master was as humble and considerate as their boss, John Richards. The father and son are very kind to their subordinates. Of course, there are rewards for their good deeds and punishments for their misdeeds as well. It is what makes them respect and serves this family with honor and honesty. They are like family. Even without blood relations connecting them, their harmony is undeniable.
Jandy was riding with Frank on their way here. He is the second in command to Garwood, as Timothy Baldwin was sent to a different task today. Albert will be Frank's back ride going back to where Lucas wanted to do whatever he wanted with this careless, stupid guy.
"Frank, don't lose him along the way, okay?" Garwood reminded Frank. He is an a*s on the road with a bike. Garwood is worried the poor guy Albert will fly to nowhere if Frank drives at his usual speed and ways.
"I will tie him up if he cannot manage to hold on to me." Frank politely answered. He cannot deny, he is really an a*s on the bike driving on the road, and he cannot promise he won't lose this guy if he is not careful. Jandy did not complain, he is used to Frank driving wild, but Albert is not in shape to ride a flying bike after drinking and being beaten up.
