It was not any any documents as Macky found these details when he dug deeper seeing the birth records from the hospital where Albert was born and the birth registration information a bit different. It did not appear on the final document which Albert himself will see when he ask for a copy of his birth certificate, but it was in the records where Macky was able to see while skimming through the files.
