At the Mayor's Mansion...
"Derek! Derek!" Dewei Stuarts' voice roared, and as if the hell just broke loose, the whole mansion seemed to shake in his thunderous shouting.
"Honey, what's wrong?" His wife, Natalia Stuart, came rushing towards him. She was really startled and scared. She had never seen her very kind husband be furious like this. She just woke up. Still wearing on her nightdress, she panicked from the strange sound of his voice that she came out to the living room without a robe.
